Can't access Internet from my laptop

I'm not sure why, but I can't surf Internet from my laptop. Need to use my PC at the office. Damn! Damn! Damn!

I'm thinking to format my laptop now. Waaarrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
